Qualifications

• Fluent in French, both written and spoken.
• Experience managing service tickets.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line systems support.
• Manage and resolve tickets related to incidents and service requests.
• Perform scheduled operational tasks and ad hoc technical interventions.
• Participate in the implementation of system and process improvements.

Skills

Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French

Strong knowledge of Windows

Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux

Strong knowledge of AIX systems

Experience with enterprise scheduling tools

Hands-on administration of Windows Server

System maintenance and troubleshooting

Automation and scripting skills

Solid understanding of LVM and disk management
