Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Project/Program Manager for a GenAI-enabled, mission-critical healthcare and industrial platform in Krakow. You will act as a bridge between Japan and Central/Eastern European teams, translating client documentation and clarifying requirements while shaping project deliverables.

The role emphasizes early-stage, greenfield development, strong communication across cultures, and the ability to navigate uncertainty with confidence.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-team collaboration between Japan and CEE based teams.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher) and Japanese (JLPT N1/N2 level) preferred.
• Ability to make decisions with limited information and guide teams through uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical communication bridge between the team and clients.
• Translate client technical documentation and clarify project requirements.
• Create project documentation as part of deliverables.
