GlobalLogic is seeking a project leadership professional to drive complex initiatives across global teams in Kraków. You will oversee planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring clear communication with clients and the internal team.

Qualifications

• Must have written and spoken Japanese at JLPT N1/N2 level (certification not mandatory).
• Must have written and spoken English at B2 or higher.
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between Japan and CEE teams.
• Ability to make decisions with limited information.

Requirements

Must have:

• Written and spoken Japanese language proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N1 or N2; official JLPT certification not mandatory)
• Written and spoken English language proficiency (equivalent to B2 or higher)
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between Japan and CEE based teams
• Ability to make decisions with limited information
• Ability to guide the team through uncertainty and complexity to deliver agreed content
• Self‑reliant

Nice to have:

• Hands‑on experience in IT project management, especially in software development life cycle
• Understanding of software development methodologies and their implications on project deliverables
• Prior experience with verbal translation at meetings
• Prior experience with people management
• Openness to work with Japanese culture
