Qualifications

• Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or N2 level; official certification not required).
• English language proficiency (equivalent to B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between Japan andCEE teams.
• Ability to make decisions with limited information.
• Ability to guide the team through uncertainty and complexity to deliver content.
• Self-reliant.

Responsibilities

• Technical communication bridge between the team and clients.
• Translation of client technical documentation.
• Project requirements clarification with the client.
• Creation of project documentation as part of deliverables.
