• Series 65 or Series 66 securities license.
• Previous experience in a consultative sales role, preferably outbound call‑center experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Results‑oriented with a passion for uncovering client financial needs and advising on related goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients through marketing campaigns and outreach programs, using a confident, persuasive communication style to encourage productive dialogue and reinforce EFE values.
• Lead exploratory conversations to identify client needs and initiate financial goal‑based discussions; present appropriate financial solutions.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for advice and information, handling interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate clients on financial, investment, debt management, and retirement planning strategies.
• Build client relationships using high emotional intelligence to foster trust.
