Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent Spanish with ability to converse on financial topics in Spanish.
• Exceptional customer service experience and desire to help people.
• Goal oriented; comfortable talking to clients over the phone to uncover needs and advise on goals.
• Experience with computer-based tools for account management.
• Willingness to obtain Series 65 license within 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and bilingual calls to review financial goals and identify needs.
• Provide consultative mentorship to empower client action and goal attainment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Edelman Financial Engines’ planning philosophy, products, and services.
• Engage with clients over the phone and conduct goal-based conversations in English and Spanish.
• Manage time and client inflows while adhering to a set schedule in the engagement center.
