• 2 years minimum of collections or call center experience.
• Knowledge of billing and collections procedures.

Responsibilities

• Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules based on customers' financial situations.
• Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process refunds, review account adjustments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Confer with customers by telephone to determine reasons for overdue payments and review contract terms.
• Locate and monitor overdue accounts using the ABC Financial system.
• Record information about customers' financial status and collection efforts.
• Perform clerical duties such as writing reports and updating addresses and payment data.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, including calls, adjustments, and credit memos.
• Communicate with supervisor about customer accounts in a timely manner.
