Job summary

NCH Europe - A Solenis Company is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to drive new business across Europe from a remote base. The role focuses on identifying and winning multinational manufacturing customers, building strategic plans and a scalable business development model with cross-functional teams.

You will engage senior stakeholders, negotiate contracts, manage a robust pipeline and help shape future growth for Solenis' Parts Cleaning & Industrial Maintenance solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic sales or corporate sales.
• Proven success in winning new customers and developing business from scratch.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial production or engineering environments.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and win new multinational manufacturing customers across Europe.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans focused on long-term revenue growth.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across procurement, operations, engineering, maintenance and manufacturing functions.
• Create and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within large multi-site industrial organisations.
• Lead commercial discussions, presentations, negotiations and contract development activities.
• Coordinate with country sales and technical teams to support customer evaluations, trials and implementations.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and framework contracts.
• Monitor business performance, track opportunities and provide regular forecasts and business updates to senior leadership.
• Represent NCH Industrial at customer meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions.
