Convera is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Polish, English, and German or French to join our Warsaw team in a hybrid role (onsite 2-3 days/week). The role focuses on advanced customer support, transaction processing, and collections, with opportunities to mentor colleagues and drive process improvements.

You will handle inquiries, escalations, and transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering service excellence across critical regional customers.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, payments operations, collections or related operational environments.
• Experience handling complex customer scenarios and escalations.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluent in Polish with professional fluency in German or French.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer interactions via phone, case management, and digital channels to deliver high-quality service.
• Own complex/escalated cases and drive resolution while balancing customer outcomes and risk.
• Process and validate customer transactions following procedures, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as escalation point for Associates, guiding on customer, transaction, and process questions.
• Investigate overdue balances and support reconciliation and collections activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
