Responsibilities

• Respond to consumer inquiries via email, chat, phone, social media, and other platforms in a consumer-centric way.
• Create and maintain consumer records and case management for accurate business reporting.
• Use product knowledge to provide correct information to consumers.
• Document in designated systems (CRM/SAP) necessary data for inquiries or complaints.
• Learn new tools and processes as needed.
