Qualifications

• Experience in insurance claims handling or strong motivation to develop in claims.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel).
• English – level B2 and Spanish – level C1.

Responsibilities

• Handle the FNOL (First Notice of Loss) process of the claim.
• Register and set up new claims in internal systems.
• Verify and analyze claim documentation (policies, endorsements, invoices, medical/expert reports, correspondence).
• Assess coverage per policy terms and guidelines within authority.
• Respond to queries from clients and stakeholders about claim status and next steps.
• Ensure all claim files are complete, accurate and properly documented.
• Comply with internal procedures, quality standards and SLAs.
• Participate in projects to improve and automate claims processes.
• Assist in transition and migration of new claims processes to the team.
• Propose process and/or system improvements to the team manager.
• Conduct trainings for new joiners and support less experienced colleagues.
• Keep process documentation up to date.
• Suggest and implement changes to tools and documentation for effective service delivery.
• Participate actively in problem solving.
• Work closely with team and stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
