Job summary

Creotech Instruments in Warsaw is seeking a Proposal Manager to own the bidding process for space sector opportunities, coordinating with engineering, legal, product and business teams to craft compelling responses.

You will analyse tender documentation and customer requirements, ensure timely, high-quality submissions, and manage internal reviews. A multinational environment with international customers awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in writing proposals, tender documentation or responses to RFPs/RFQs.
• Interest in space, scientific, defence or critical infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
