Job summary

Shiftmove GmbH in Warsaw is seeking a commercially minded BI Team Lead to own the BI layer and shift from dashboards to AI-enabled analytics. You will mentor 3 BI Analysts and partner with a Programme Manager to execute the analytics roadmap.

You will redefine KPI governance, build a single source of truth for executives and the Board, and collaborate with GTM, RevOps, Finance, and Operations to deliver actionable insights on ARR, pipeline, unit economics and retention.

Qualifications

• You have run a BI function before, built standards and transformed data usage.
• You have introduced AI-enabled workflows into a BI function at scale and understand where it goes next.
• You define KPIs and align stakeholders around a single source of truth.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional commercial intelligence with GTM, RevOps, Finance, and Ops.
• Rebuild BI operating model from reactive dashboards to proactive partnership.
• Establish KPI governance and a single source of truth for executives and the Board.
• Build an AI-enabled analytics layer from scratch to accelerate insight generation.
• Lead and grow the BI analysts into business partners.
