Job summary

Shiftmove, a fast-growing fleet management platform, seeks a commercially minded BI Team Lead to own the BI layer and shift from dashboards to AI-enabled analytics. You will mentor three BI Analysts, refine analytics governance, and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver actionable insights across ARR, pipeline, and customer retention.

The role combines leadership with hands-on strategic transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience running a BI function and raising analytics standards.
• Experience introducing AI-enabled workflows in BI at scale.
• Ability to define KPIs and establish a single source of truth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI function and transform dashboards into proactive analytics.
• Mentor 3 BI Analysts and partner with Programme Manager on analytics roadmap.
• Collaborate with GTM, RevOps, Finance, and Operations to deliver insights on ARR and retention.
• Build an AI analytics layer from scratch to accelerate insight generation and self-service.
