Workday, Inc. in Poland is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and support leaders with decision making.

You will own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle—from data extraction to dashboards and automation—collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Operations. You will apply BI fundamentals, leverage Sigma and Tableau, and explore AI tools to scale insights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in BI or analytics role.
• Practical experience with latest AI tools.
• Experience building dashboards/reports with Sigma/Tableau or similar.
• Strong Excel and G-Suite for analysis/communication.
• Professional experience in a data-driven environment supporting stakeholders with reporting.
• SQL/Python knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into analytical questions, requirements, and roadmap.
• Extract, transform, and validate data using SQL, Python to build reliable datasets that underpin reporting and analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Sigma and Tableau that provide clear visibility into performance and trends.
• Use AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to accelerate data exploration, automate repetitive analysis, and scale insight generation across stakeholders.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain reusable metrics, definitions, and documentation to ensure consistency and trust in the data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure data and analytics solutions align with business processes.
