Job summary

An international consulting group is seeking a Power BI Specialist/Business Analyst in Warsaw. You will design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting solutions and dashboards while collaborating with business stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3–6+ years in Business Intelligence, strong hands-on experience with Power BI, and excellent SQL skills. Qualifications

• 3–6+ years experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Proactive and analytical mindset for problem-solving.
• Very good command of English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build and optimize data models and performance tuning.
• Develop complex DAX calculations and business metrics.
• Gather and clarify reporting requirements with stakeholders.
• Support UAT processes to ensure solutions meet requirements.
