Zusammenfassung

Tavion AB in Poland seeks a Project Delivery Manager/Director to own the delivery of a grid-scale BESS project—from signing the SPA through COD and handover to Asset Management.

You will be the single point of accountability for development, engineering, procurement, grid connection, construction, offtake, cost, schedule and performance, leading a cross-functional team and ensuring disciplined reporting and consistent execution across the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• At least 10 years of professional experience with 5+ years in project management or leadership on capital projects.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of energy infrastructure or comparable capital projects (BESS, renewables, grid).
• Experience with project finance conditions, drawdowns and reporting to lenders.

Aufgaben

• Lead the integrated project team across development, engineering, procurement, construction, grid, offtake, legal, cost control and planning.
• Ensure effective communication, coordination and interface management within the team and with functional managers.
• Set the working rhythm of the project: meetings, decision-making, document control and escalation.
• Act as the owner’s representative towards contractors, suppliers, the owner’s engineer team and local stakeholders.
• Define the project scope and requirements at the outset; control scope creep via change management.
• Build and own RtB-to-COD schedule; define and manage schedule contingency.
• Define and own the project budget (Devex, Capex and Opex); manage cost contingency.
• Ensure an adequate offtake agreement is signed in due time; cooperate with offtake specialist.
• Maintain an up-to-date risk and opportunity register; drive mitigation measures.
• Enforce contract management toward suppliers and contractors; address claims and warranties.
• Ensure HSE requirements and quality standards are set and enforced on site.
• Report monthly on project status to Tavion Management and lenders.
