Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; prior experience in customer service, shared services, HR operations, benefits administration, payroll support, or other administrative work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier-1 colleague support for benefits questions and transactions.
• Performs enrollment, changes, terminations, and other benefits transactions.
• Performs reconciliation work: census, eligibility, pension contributions, invoices, premiums.
• Coordinates with payroll, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Maintains process documentation and supports continuous improvement.
