Linklaters Warsaw is recruiting a BD Hub Manager to lead the Business Development Hub team, ensuring high-quality BD support across multiple client and sector initiatives. You will drive collaboration, monitor progress, and implement process improvements to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BDM experience in a professional services environment (preferably law).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational skills.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills with senior audiences.
• Agile problem-solving and proactive resource management to meet evolving client needs.
• Experience using MarTech tools and driving adoption of new tech and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Business Development Hub team, ensuring quality BD support across projects aligned with firm strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing to coordinate submissions and materials, ensuring brand consistency and client-centricity.
• Drive adoption of core BD tools (including Salesforce) and optimise workflows.
• Oversee content maintenance of firm materials across platforms and ensure accuracy of bios and credentials.
• Support ad hoc BDM projects and provide hands-on support with colleagues as needed.
• Monitor performance against targets and provide regular feedback and development for the team.
