Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our banking projects in Rzeszów. You will perform business and system analyses for domestic and international banking applications, shaping requirements and user stories within a modular architecture initiative.

You will collaborate with business units, developers and testers to ensure quality, maintain documentation, and coordinate IT team activities. Fluency in Polish and Polish presence are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in system or business-system analysis.
• Experience creating UML and BPMN models and using Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge of REST, Kafka and WSO2 and banking IT projects.
• Fluent Polish and presence in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and system analyses for banking applications.
• Collaborate with business units to define requirements.
• Gather and validate user stories and requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers and testers on QA.
• Manage task flow between IT teams delivering functionality.
• Model functionality with UML/BPMN per standards.
• Maintain functional documentation of deployments.
• Work with the team backlog and support test environments.
