Accenture Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Banking team in Warsaw.

You will map business and system requirements, support the integration of banking systems, and participate in SIT/UAT, working with stakeholders and IT teams across the project lifecycle to deliver payments-focused solutions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year in business/Systems Analyst roles for financial institutions, and strong English and Polish communication.

Qualifications

• Min. bachelor’s degree.
• Min. 1 year of experience as BA/Systems Analyst in financial institutions.
• Experience with transaction or core banking systems.
• Domain knowledge of financial services (payments).
• Knowledge of ISO 20022 standard and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and system specifications.
• Support integration of banking systems.
• Participate in business and system testing (SIT/UAT).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as SME in payments area.
