Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Banking team. You will help financial institutions navigate transformation by leveraging digital innovation, data, and technology across core banking modernization, payments, risk and compliance, and customer experience.

You will work with business stakeholders and IT teams through the project lifecycle, gather and document requirements, analyze systems, and support testing (SIT/UAT). Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of experience as BA/Systems BA in financial institutions.
• Experience with transaction or core banking systems.
• Knowledge of payments and ISO 20022 is preferred.
• Strong SDLC and requirements gathering skills.

THE WORK:

• Preparing business and system specifications
• Supporting the integration of banking systems
• Participating in business and system testing activities
• Cooperating closely with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct analyses, support testing (SIT/UAT)
• Act as a subject matter expert in the area of payments

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Min. bachelor’s degree
• Min. 1 year of experience in the role of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business‑Systems Analyst in projects delivered for financial institutions
• Experience working with transaction systems or core banking systems
• Domain knowledge of business areas in financial services (payments)
• Knowledge of at least one payment systems and payment types: Elixir, Express Elixir, BLIK, SORBNET, SEPA or SEPA Instant and the messages used within these systems
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
• Ability to gather and organize business and technical requirements
• Knowledge of banking standards and regulations
• Knowledge of the ISO 20022 standard
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent English and Polish communication skills (written & spoken) required
