Sii Poland in Kraków seeks a proactive Business Manager to drive IT services sales within the banking sector. You will cultivate relationships, translate client needs into tailored solutions, and lead full sales cycles from lead generation to closing.

Collaboration with Delivery, Recruitment, and technical teams is key to delivering top results for clients and securing long-term partnerships. The role requires strong English and a readiness to work from Kraków three days a week.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of proven experience in services sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong relationship-building skills, especially with enterprise or international clients.
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into relevant IT solutions.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with confidence in working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple opportunities.
• Willingness to work from the Kraków office three times per week.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business relationships within the banking industry.
• Act as a trusted advisor for IT services and solutions.
• Identify client needs and translate them into tailored service offerings.
• Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to deal closure.
• Expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling of IT services.
