Job summary

Elekta is seeking a Bank & Payments Specialist in Warsaw to manage day-to-day banking transactions, reconciliations, and cash reporting across multiple platforms. You will work with global finance teams in a hybrid setting to ensure accurate processing and timely reporting of payments and cash positions.

The role requires 2–3 years in finance/payments, strong numerical skills, and fluent English. Experience with Kyriba and ERP systems is preferred; Polish location supports regional operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in banking, payments, finance or accounting.
• Educational or professional background in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high accuracy.
• Experience with large integrated finance software or ERP systems.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Outlook.
• Experience in an international Shared Services environment is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Good organizational and decision-making abilities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Post daily bank statement transactions across AR, AP and GL modules.
• Prepare supplier and employee payment proposals.
• Process payment cycles and manual payments through Kyriba and banking platforms.
• Perform weekly bank account reconciliations.
• Complete month-end bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts.
• Prepare Cash Pool and Cash Liquidity reporting in Aaro.
• Perform cash reporting in Kyriba.
• Collaborate with EBS and Local Finance Teams to resolve payment queries.
• Investigate processing errors and coordinate their resolution.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Maintain process procedures and documentation.
• Report operational/process issues to the Team Lead.
• Deliver customer service per agreed procedures.
• Prioritize workload during busy periods and support ad hoc activities.

What You'll Do At Elekta

• Post daily bank statement transactions across AR, AP and GL modules.
• Prepare supplier and employee payment proposals.

What You'll Bring

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within banking, payments, finance or accounting.
• Educational or professional background in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience working with a large integrated finance software package or ERP system is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook.
• Experience working in an international Shared Services environment is an advantage.
• Fluent English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
