Traffit is seeking an experienced Java developer to join its Escalation Team. You will own high-priority fixes in live production and collaborate with Product, Support, and R&D to deploy rapid, reliable solutions.

The role emphasizes fast debugging in a Kanban-driven environment, balancing speed with long-term stability. Remote work from Poland or Ukraine is supported, with a strong focus on cross-functional teamwork.

Qualificações

• 6-7 years of hands-on development in Java.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and fast issue resolution under deadlines.
• Experience with AWS is a strong advantage.
• Production-oriented, comfortable in live environments.
• Problem solver with critical thinking and decisive action.
• Prioritizes urgent work while maintaining long-term stability.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a high-velocity setting.

Responsabilidades

• Own critical fixes and urgent requests in live production.
• Work in a Kanban-style environment with fast shifting priorities.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex challenges with business impact.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and R&D to diagnose, fix, and deploy solutions quickly.
• Enhance and stabilize production, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability of integrations and platform.
• Balance urgency with quality to avoid sacrificing long-term maintainability.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to preventative solutions.
