Qualifications

• No specific degree required; experience in customer service preferred.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, and CRM tools (Freshdesk, Salesforce, ERP).
• Ability to use Power BI for insights; data navigation skills.
• English (B2), German (C1), and French (C1) are required.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for B2B customers, handling order processing and escalations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, LSCM, IT, and Marketing to ensure satisfaction.
• Record and process custom/special orders and coordinate with teams.
• Respond promptly to escalated issues and provide product/service information.
• Provide tailored suggestions based on sales dynamics and customer needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
• Participate in regional meetings and share stakeholder feedback.
