Job summary

Displate Corporation is seeking a proactive Logistics and Projects Coordinator in Poland to oversee client projects from brief to delivery and shipment. You will monitor statuses, deadlines, and progress, and work closely with print/DTP, warehouse, and production teams.

You will maintain project documentation, prepare quotes from pricelists, create summaries and tables, coordinate orders to multiple destinations, and manage export paperwork and customs matters while updating databases and

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client projects on an ongoing basis - from brief through to delivery and shipment
• Monitor statuses, deadlines, and work progress
• Work closely with internal teams (print/DTP, warehouse, production)
• Maintain and update project documentation
• Prepare price quotes based on current pricelists
• Create summaries and comparison tables
• Make sure commercial terms align with source data
• Coordinate orders and shipments, including to multiple destinations
• Work with warehouse, accounting, and external partners
• Handle export documentation and customs matters
• Support logistics for events
• Triage ongoing tasks and set priorities
• Update databases and records
• Prepare operational documents and instructions
