Job summary

Lingarogroup is seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead data strategy and platform design in a complex environment. You will model data across relational, NoSQL, and data warehouse solutions, define governance, ensure data quality, and guide data integration efforts.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, translate business goals into data initiatives, and mentor developers while staying current with evolving data management practices.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional experience in Data & Analytics.
• Proven Data Architect experience and strong data governance knowledge.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, database design and data integration.
• Experience with data platforms, ETL, data warehouses, and big data solutions.
• Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and data security practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement data governance policies and frameworks.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with strategy.
• Develop data architectures for relational, NoSQL, data warehousing, and lakehouse systems.
• Lead data integration solutions and ETL/data pipeline design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document current and target data states.
• Ensure data quality standards and data security compliance.
• Evaluate tools and technologies to enhance data architecture capabilities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and data teams.
• Communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on data management trends and governance best practices.
