Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an accomplished Project Manager with strong Business Analysis background to lead end-to-end automation initiatives in pricing workflows. The role requires coordinating across trading, finance, risk, and operations to deliver high-impact process improvements.

The successful candidate will drive requirements, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining governance and quality standards across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven record of delivering complex IT, digital, and business process automation projects.
• Experience in stakeholder management across business and technical domains.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing, release management, and automation technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and deliver automation projects within the Pricing Portfolio.
• Conduct business analysis including process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria with product owners and stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project plans, budgets, risk registers, and process documentation.
• Oversee multi-workstream delivery including development, QA, and integration.
