Job summary

MEERAB GROUP is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer in Poland to lead and support commissioning for PLC, SCADA, and automation systems. You will perform testing, loop checks, FAT/SAT follow-ups and startup activities, while troubleshooting issues during ramp-up and handing over to operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation engineering.
• Proven experience in commissioning industrial process installations.
• Strong hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial control systems.
• Experience working with contractors, system integrators and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Familiarity with FAT/SAT processes and commissioning documentation.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimisation projects.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain and update automation documentation, procedures and drawings.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations and commissioning procedures.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and operational readiness activities.

Technical profile requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation engineering.
• Proven experience in commissioning industrial process installations.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• PLC programming
• SCADA systems
• Industrial control systems
• Automation troubleshooting
• Experience throughout the automation lifecycle, from design to commissioning and handover.
• Ability to analyse and resolve complex technical problems in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience working with contractors, system integrators and multidisciplinary project teams.
