Job summary

MEERAB GROUP is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer in Poland to lead and support commissioning for PLC, SCADA, and automation systems. You will perform testing, loop checks, FAT/SAT follow-ups and startup activities, while troubleshooting issues during ramp-up and handing over to operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation engineering.
• Proven experience in commissioning industrial process installations.
• Strong hands-on experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial control systems.
• Experience working with contractors, system integrators and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Familiarity with FAT/SAT processes and commissioning documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support commissioning activities for PLC, SCADA and automation systems.
• Perform functional testing, loop checks, FAT/SAT follow-up and start-up activities.
• Troubleshoot automation issues during commissioning and production ramp-up.
• Support handover activities towards operations and maintenance teams.
• Develop, configure and optimise PLC and SCADA applications.
• Review and validate automation deliverables from suppliers and contractors.
• Coordinate with external vendors and system integrators.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews and implementation workshops.
