Job summary

Tylko, founded in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Finance Automation & Payments Specialist to modernise finance operations using AI and APIs, in close partnership with Technology. You will automate processes, manage payments operations, and help shape ERP implementation for 2027.

Fluent Polish and strong English are required, and you’ll work in our Warsaw office three days per week to collaborate with the Accounting & Tax Team. This hands-on role offers ownership and real impact.

Qualifications

• Understanding of finance and accounting processes (reconciliations, cash flows, reporting)
• Familiarity with banking systems and fintechs
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Practical knowledge of AI tools for automation
• Fluent Polish and good command of English
• Working in our Warsaw office 3 days a week

Responsibilities

• Accounting Process Automation & Optimisation: Analyse, support, and improve accounting processes; map financial processes; design and implement finance automations using AI tools and API integrations; improve data flows between banking, accounting and internal systems; support ERP rollout in 2027; define requirements and coordinate with vendor; help Accounting with AI tools usage; run optimisation projects with other teams.
