Job summary

DSV GBS приглашает специалиста по анализу и автоматизации бизнес-процессов в отдел Process Automation & BI. Ваша роль состоит в идентификации возможностей оптимизации, документировании требований и поддержке внедрения цифровых решений.

Требуется минимум 2 года опыта, навыки BPMN и умение работать с требованиями; приветствуется опыт в low-code, SQL и английский язык на уровне выше среднего. В компании предусмотрены обучающие программы и поддержка развития.

Qualifications

• Опыт не менее 2 лет в схожей роли.
• Опыт анализа и документирования бизнес-процессов, создание BPMN-диаграмм и as-is/to-be.
• Умение формулировать требования и согласовывать их с заинтересованными сторонами.
• Умение добывать и структурировать бизнес-потребности; владение английским на продвинутом уровне.

Responsibilities

• Анализируете сквозные бизнес-процессы для выявления возможностей оптимизации и автоматизации.
• Предлагаете решения по автоматизации, анализу выгод, рисков и альтернатив.
• Собираете требования, создаете BRD, пользовательские истории и критерии приемки.
• Выступаете мостом между бизнесом и командами разработки и поддерживаете внедрение desde анализа до go-live.
• Участвуете в мониторинге ценности после внедрения и непрерывном улучшении.

Описание

The Process Automation & Business Intelligence Department supports DSV GBS by identifying, designing, and delivering automation, analytics, and digital solutions. The department acts as the Power BI Center of Excellence for GBS, maintaining reporting standards and analytical best practices. It focuses on eliminating repetitive tasks, improving process quality, and reducing handling time through standardized digital workflows.

• Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify optimization, standardization, automation, or elimination opportunities;
• Own automation and digital solution recommendations, including benefits, risks, and alternative approaches;
• Elicit, structure, and validate business requirements in cooperation with Business Process Owners;
• Create development‑ready documentation including BRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
• Act as a trusted advisor to business units by identifying improvement opportunities and guiding stakeholders toward suitable automation, analytics, or AI solutions;
• Evaluate and apply emerging automation, data, and AI technologies to business problems;
• Serve as the primary bridge between business and development teams;
• Support delivery from analysis through UAT and go‑live;
• Support post‑implementation value tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in analysing and documenting business processes, including creating visual process maps like BPMN and As‑Is / To‑Be;
• Strong communication skills for working with business stakeholders and technical teams;
• Proven ability to gather, structure, and validate business requirements;
• Ability to understand business needs and challenge them constructively;
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, logistics, business, or a related field;
• Fluent English (advanced level);
• Nice to have: Background in software development or low‑code solutions, basic understanding of data concepts like SQL, experience with RPA or workflow automation tools.
