Job summary

Voluum in Kraków, Poland is seeking an Automation and BI Specialist to design and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL. You will analyze business data to deliver actionable insights and automate repetitive reporting tasks.

You will work with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into data models and KPIs, contribute to data automation initiatives, and help evolve BI tools and workflows. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a BI, Data Analyst, Reporting, or similar role.
• Working knowledge of Power BI including report building and basic data modeling.
• Solid SQL skills and ability to query data from multiple sources.
• Familiar with workflow automation tools such as Make.com or Power Automate.
• Basic knowledge of business process automation and eagerness to develop it further.
• Understand key business metrics and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Familiar with relational databases and CRM data models.
• Detail-oriented, accurate and good problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

As an Automation & BI Specialist, you will:

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• You have solid SQL skills and are comfortable querying and analyzing data from various sources.
• You are familiar with workflow automation tools such as Make.com or Power Automate.
• You have basic knowledge of business process automation and are eager to develop it further.
• You understand key business metrics and can translate business needs into reporting solutions.
• You are familiar with relational databases and CRM data models.
• You are detail-oriented, accurate, and enjoy problem-solving.
• You are fluent in Polish and English.

Nice to have:

• Basic Python knowledge.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with APIs.
• Exposure to agentic LLM setups.
