Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Applied AI Solutions Engineer in Kraków, Poland. The role blends software engineering, data, AI and business to deliver real, deployable solutions.

You’ll work with stakeholders to translate problems into data products and AI-enabled workflows, using Databricks, Python, SQL, Azure and modern AI tools. Expect 2–3 international trips per quarter as you scale solutions across sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering experience across the full stack.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data-driven apps.
• Commercial experience with Databricks and Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to build real applications or data products.
• Strong focus on testing and code quality.
• Practical AI coding tool experience (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot).
• Understanding of LLM, RAG and agentic architectures.
• Excellent communication and a consulting mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

• Work with business stakeholders to understand problems.
• Turn requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Build applications, data products, simulations and AI workflows.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and scale solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and iteration.
