Job summary

Boeing Co. in Gdansk, Poland, is seeking an Experienced Guidance Navigation & Control Engineer to join our engineering team. The role focuses on Autoflight system design and integration, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and ongoing system documentation.

You will develop requirements, perform testing validations, analyze safety, and contribute to product development from concept to deployment in a global engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years design experience with Autoflight systems.
• Experience in System Engineering and flight control disciplines.
• Upper-Intermediate English written and spoken required.

Responsibilities

• Develop system requirements and manage them in DOORS.
• Perform design validation and verification during testing and integration.
• Define, document and manage system interfaces with cross-functional teams.
• Develop system design documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and dispositions for complex design non-conformances.
• Research technical, operational and quality issues in service.
• Develop product for complex systems from concept to introduction.
• Assess safety issues related to Autoflight systems.
