EFS**Boeing Engineering Center** is currently seeking an **Experienced Guidance Navigation & Control Engineer** to join our team in **Gdansk, Poland.** **Position Responsibilities:*** Develop system requirements to establish system design and manage requirements in DOORS.* Perform design validations and verification activities, documents and resolve technical issues during testing and integration.* Works with cross-functional teams to define, document and manage system interfaces.* Develop system design documentation.* Conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for complex design non-conformances.* Research on technical, operational and quality issues occurred in service.* Product development of complex systems, from the conceptual phase through to the introduction of the new product.* Assesses potential safety issues related to Autoflight systems. **Basic Qualifications:*** Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.* Experience in System Engineering and technical disciplines related to Flight Control.* Minimum 3 years’ design experience with Autoflight systems.
