Job summary

Boeing Poland is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team in Gdansk. The role focuses on leading engineering work across electronic systems for aircraft, with opportunities to collaborate with a global team and senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in aircraft or aerospace networking, a relevant engineering degree, and strong English communication skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft or aerospace network architecture, avionics, or embedded networking systems.
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develops and documents complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Translates requirements into system, hardware, and software designs and interface specs.
• Designs hardware, software, and interface specifications.
• Ensures compliance with ARP4754A, DO-178, DO-254.
• Tests and validates system designs to meet requirements.
• Monitors supplier performance for integration and compliance.
