Job summary

Boeing is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer for Autoflight programs in Poland. You will develop system requirements, manage interfaces, and perform design validations using DOORS, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues from testing through integration.

Qualifications

• Experience in System Engineering and technical disciplines related to Flight Control.
• Minimum 3 years’ design experience with Autoflight systems.
• Knowledge of Autoflight systems operation principles.
• Knowledge of Systems design concepts and techniques.
• Upper-Intermediate English level in both written and verbal is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop system requirements to establish system design and manage requirements in DOORS.
• Perform design validations and verification activities, documents and resolve technical issues during testing and integration.
• Works with cross-functional teams to define, document and manage system interfaces.
• Develop system design documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for complex design non-conformances.
• Research on technical, operational and quality issues occurred in service.
• Product development of complex systems, from the conceptual phase through to the introduction of the new product.
• Assesses potential safety issues related to Autoflight systems.
