Job summary
AU Mortgage Loan Processor – Virtual Assistant is a remote position based in the Philippines supporting an Australian mortgage broking team. You will process home loan and refinancing applications from start to settlement, gather documents, and liaise with lenders and clients to keep everything on track.
The role requires 1–2 years in loan processing or related finance work, a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accountancy, or related field.
- 1–2 years in loan processing or related finance role.
- Strong understanding of loan documentation requirements and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent English communication with clients and lenders.
Responsibilities
- Collect, review, and organise loan application documents.
- Conduct initial borrower financial assessment and basic serviceability checks.
- Prepare and submit loan applications through lender portals.
- Track loan progress from submission to settlement.
- Liaise with lenders, valuers, conveyancers, and agents to follow up on conditions.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare compliance documents.
