Civitta in Poland seeks an Associate Partner for Startup & Innovation Ecosystems. You will lead consulting and innovation projects, build client relationships, and mentor teams to deliver practical solutions that boost R&D, entrepreneurship, and access to funding.

The role offers flexible hours with opportunities to work from home twice a week, a salary starting around 20,087 PLN gross per month, and profit-sharing aspects along with international growth opportunities.

In this position, you will play a key role in generating project opportunities and managing initiatives that create lasting societal impact through collaboration with the innovation sector in Poland.

You will:

• Lead consulting and innovation projects, delivering practical recommendations and creative solutions for clients;
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while fostering innovation ecosystems and identifying high-potential startups;
• Coach and mentor teams, sharing expertise and guiding project delivery and innovation programs;
• Design and scale new consulting and innovation services, workshops, and acceleration programs;
• Manage multiple stakeholders and actively contribute to company growth locally and internationally.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, business management, or innovation;

The monthly salary for this position starts at 20,087 PLN gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
