Job summary

Civitta is hiring a Project Manager in Poland (Warsaw area). You’ll support private sector clients in growth strategy, market entry, and business planning, working on analytical projects that shape company direction and value curiosity, hard work, and ambition.

Key requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–4 years leading teams and projects, advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word, fluent Polish and professional English, and a drive to deliver measurable results.

You will:

• Create valid methodologies for analysis and effectively lead teams in discussions, brainstorming sessions, share ideas and guide analysis;
• Lead the discussions with clients and challenge them to create high quality results for their business;
• Define project objectives, proactively manage resources, finances and time, delegate projects tasks to the team;
• Coach junior team members, share experience and create learning opportunities for them within projects.

Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance or a related subject and 3-4 years working experience, including experience managing teams and projects;
• You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;
• Opportunities to work in a dynamic team environment excite you;
• You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;
• You have fluent level of Polish language;
• You are ready to reach for excellence and produce results that add value to the business.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 14 500 PLN gross/month to 17 500 PLN gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
