Job summary

Civitta Bulgaria Ltd. is seeking an Associate Partner/Partner in Poland to build and sell a public-sector digital transformation practice.

You will drive system implementation, PMO, data governance, and AI readiness while leveraging EU frameworks and a broad partner network. You will manage engagements with ministries and state entities, grow a portfolio across countries, and benefit from a profit-sharing model, flexible hours, and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital transformation consulting or equivalent leadership in public sector/digital initiatives.
• Active network in national private or public sector.
• Experience with EU-funded tenders and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a public-sector digital transformation practice in Poland.
• Sell into ministries, agencies and state-owned enterprises, leveraging EU-funded procurement channels.
• Lead client engagements and deliver projects using Civitta’s shared delivery teams and partner network.
