Job summary

Civitta in Poland is seeking a Manager to lead analytical projects in growth strategy, business planning, transformation management and M&A. You’ll create methodologies, guide client discussions and coach junior team members.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business or related field, 3–4 years of relevant experience, advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word and AI skills, and fluent Polish and English.

You will:

Requirements:

15,000 zł - 18,500 zł a month

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from 15 000 PLN gross/month to 18 500 PLN gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
