Job summary

Civitta in Poland is seeking a Manager for EU Public Advisory to drive day-to-day project execution, lead teams of 2-3 people, and shape analysis and recommendations for public sector clients. You will conduct desk research, interviews, data analysis, and contribute to international tenders, with opportunities for growth and a flexible, hybrid work model that includes two work-from-home days.

A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in public sector work, plus strong MS Office skills and English/Polish

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Public Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of working experience in a public sector organization or with public sector clients.
• Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish; international collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead 2-3 person teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution by leading teams of 2-3 people, proactively managing resources and time, creating valid methodologies for analysis, effectively leading brainstorming sessions, and guiding analysis.
• Contribute to company development locally and internationally.
• Perform desk research, conduct interviews, data analysis and trends.
• Create impact through analysis and recommendations on organizational development and governance, financial planning and shaping support and development measures, feasibility studies for investment projects and transformations, analysis of stakeholders and best foreign practices, cost-benefit analysis and normative document analysis.
• Lead problem-solving sessions and justify methods and solutions.
• Participate in local and international tenders with high-quality proposals to build a portfolio of impactful projects in the public sector.
• Synthesize findings by leading preparation of the reports.

Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Public Finance or a related subject;
• You have 5+ years of working experience in a public sector organization or with public sector clients;
• You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills;

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15,000 PLN gross to 18,500 PLN gross and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
