Civitta in Poland seeks an Associate Partner for Startup & Innovation Ecosystems. You will lead consulting and innovation projects, build client relationships, and mentor teams to deliver practical solutions that boost R&D, entrepreneurship, and access to funding.

The role offers flexible hours with opportunities to work from home twice a week, a salary starting around 20,087 PLN gross per month, and profit-sharing aspects along with international growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, business management or innovation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to design and scale programs.
• Proven leadership across multiple projects and teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and sales pipeline.
• Professional-level English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting and innovation projects delivering actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain client relationships and nurture innovation ecosystems.
• Coach and mentor teams, guiding project delivery and programs.
• Design and scale new services, workshops, and acceleration programs.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and contribute to company growth locally and internationally.
