As a CBRE BSO Associate Director, Business Process Transformation you will act as a strategic partner, supporting with high-impact AI transformation initiatives across accounting and finance. Drive operational excellence, enhance transparency, with the goal to improve process performance through hands‑on project leadership and process innovation. This job is part of the Business Transformation Office, which serves as the central engine for change, assisting CBRE businesses in building scalable operating models through automation, including agentic AI at scale and right sourcing including outsourcing and offshoring.
