Job summary

MINISO Global seeks a Store Supervisor to lead sales initiatives and elevate customer experience in a busy retail setting.

You will assist the Store Manager, supervise trainees, manage stock, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering strong store performance.

Qualifications

• High school education or above.
• 3+ years retail in-store experience (1+ year supervisory).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job description

• 1.Achieving sales targets through exceptional customer service delivery and active promotion of ongoing promotions
• 2.Assist the store manager by overseeing trainee associates, meeting sales goals, and driving business
• 3.Assist the management of inventory levels, handling shipment, damages, returns, supplies, etc
• 4.Assist in the management of store-related issues, such as complaints, grievances, etc Assist in the recruitment process for store talent Support with store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• 5.Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards by communicating feedback to the Store Manager
• 6.Collaborate with the Store Manager to coordinate and refine store staff schedules through mock scheduling on Excel Guarantee elevated customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
• 7.Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
• 8.Capable of providing constructive feedback and fostering accountability Work closely with the Store Manager and Loss Prevention Team to address internal and external shrinkage in alignment with company policies and procedures
• 9.Communicate daily with Store Manager Other duties as needed, such as traveling to work at other MINISO locations, etc

• Proficient in MS Office & WMS/ERP.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
