Join an international leader in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
As part of our continued international growth, we are looking for an experienced Area Manager – Eastern Europe to drive our commercial development across the region.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for implementing the Group's commercial strategy, developing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
This is a strategic position requiring frequent travel across Eastern Europe.
Your Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy across your assigned territory.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through distributors, end users, and key accounts.
- Strengthen existing customer relationships while expanding the customer portfolio.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure profitable business growth.
- Achieve annual sales and profitability objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
- Recommend actions to maximize market share and business performance.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term partnerships with distributors and strategic customers.
- Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Technical Support teams.
- Coordinate product launches and ensure successful implementation of commercial initiatives.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback to support product development.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years' successful experience in an international B2B sales role.
- Experience in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), industrial products, construction, safety, or technical products is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Eastern European markets and distribution networks.
- Proven ability to develop business and manage complex negotiations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial drive.
- Customer-oriented and results-driven.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within international teams.
- High level of adaptability and cultural awareness.
Languages
- Polish (mandatory).
- Any additional Eastern European language is considered a strong asset.
