Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow is seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist for a three-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end order-to-invoice process, conduct complex billing, respond to customer inquiries, and support period-end close with strong compliance.

The position offers a hybrid work model and development within RR GBS Finance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff to enhance billing accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fully qualified AAT or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in finance, accounts receivable, billing, or GBS environment.
• Experience in end-to-end billing and order-to-invoice processes.
• Experience resolving customer disputes and leading period-end close activities.
